The client sends an email to team@atelierv.design describing the requested changes. Atelier V applies the changes and confirms completion within 24 hours.

Every package includes one domain provided by Atelier V. The domain is selected jointly with the client based on the business name and activity. Atelier V covers the registration costs for the first year. The client receives full ownership of the domain after final payment. After the first year the domain is renewed at the client's expense. Atelier V notifies the client 30 days before expiry and assists with renewal. If the client already owns a domain — Atelier V connects it to the new website free of charge.
Every package includes 24 months of hosting at no additional charge. The website is accessible 24/7. After the included period the client may continue with the current hosting or choose an alternative. Atelier V assists with the transition.
30% of the total amount is paid before work begins. The remaining 70% is paid after review of the finished product and before final publication. In case of delayed payment Atelier V reserves the right to pause work until the obligation is settled.
A revision means changes to existing elements — not building a new design. One revision round represents one list of changes submitted by the client and applied by Atelier V within 48 hours. Additional revisions beyond those included are agreed individually.
After final payment the client receives full rights over all delivered materials — logo, website, files. Atelier V reserves the right to use completed projects as portfolio references unless the client explicitly requests confidentiality in writing.
The client guarantees that all provided materials do not infringe any copyright or applicable law. Atelier V is not liable for hosting service interruptions by third parties, data loss due to technical issues, or changes made by the client independently after publication.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information received in the course of the collaboration.
